蒲瓜(瓠瓜)– 600克
鹹蛋 – 1隻
瘦肉 – 200克
薑 – 適量
澱粉 – 1湯匙
鹽 – 1/2茶匙
糖 – 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 – 少許
油 – 適量
🟢 做法:
1️⃣ 瘦肉洗淨切片,加入鹽、糖、胡椒粉、澱粉和少許油拌勻,醃約30分鐘。
2️⃣ 蒲瓜洗淨切成塊或切片備用。鹹蛋打入碗中分開蛋黃和蛋白備用。
3️⃣ 熱鑊下少許油,先炒香肉片,加入薑片,再放入蒲瓜翻炒,加入熱水,加入鹹蛋黃,蓋上鍋蓋煮5分鐘,加入鹹蛋白,試味後可加入適量鹽和胡椒粉即可出鍋。

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse and slice the pork. Mix with salt, sugar, white pepper, cornstarch, and a little oil. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Wash the bottle gourd and cut it into chunks or slices. Crack the salted egg and separate the yolk from the white.
3️⃣ Heat a little oil in a pan. Stir-fry the pork slices until fragrant, add the ginger, then the bottle gourd. Pour in hot water, add the salted egg yolk, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the salted egg white, taste, and adjust with salt and white pepper before serving.

🟢 Bahan-bahan:
Labu air – 600g
Telur asin – 1 butir
Daging babi tanpa lemak – 200g
Jahe – secukupnya
Tepung maizena – 1 sdm
Garam – 1/2 sdt
Gula – 1/2 sdt
Lada putih – sejumput
Minyak – secukupnya
🟢 Cara Memasak:
1️⃣ Cuci dan iris daging babi. Campur dengan garam, gula, lada putih, tepung maizena, dan sedikit minyak. Diamkan selama sekitar 30 menit.
2️⃣ Cuci labu air, potong menjadi potongan atau irisan. Pecahkan telur asin dan pisahkan kuning serta putih telurnya.
3️⃣ Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan. Tumis irisan daging babi hingga harum, tambahkan jahe, lalu masukkan labu air. Tuang sedikit air panas, tambahkan kuning telur asin, tutup dan masak selama 5 menit. Masukkan putih telur asin, cicipi, dan sesuaikan rasa dengan garam dan lada putih sebelum disajikan.

🟢 Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1️⃣ Hugasan at hiwain ang baboy. Ihalo ang asin, asukal, puting paminta, cornstarch, at kaunting mantika. I-marinate nang mga 30 minuto.
2️⃣ Hugasan ang upo at hiwain sa mga piraso o hiwa. Basagin ang maalat na itlog at paghiwalayin ang pula at puti.
3️⃣ Magpainit ng kaunting mantika sa kawali. I-gisa ang baboy hanggang sa lumabas ang bango, idagdag ang luya, saka ilagay ang upo. Magbuhos ng mainit na tubig, ilagay ang pula ng itlog, takpan at pakuluan nang 5 minuto. Idagdag ang puti ng itlog, tikman, at i-adjust ang lasa gamit ang asin at puting paminta bago ihain.
