高速煲粉葛薏米黃豆排骨湯
材料:
粉葛1個(約1斤半)
排骨1斤
黃豆2兩
薏米2兩
果皮2角
薑2片
處理:
1. 黃豆,放碗內,清水浸。
2. 薏米,放碗內,清水浸。
3. 果皮,清水浸。
4. 粉葛,去皮。
5. 在高速煲內煲滾清水1升,用"再加熱"功能,放排骨出水。
6. 粉葛,清水洗乾淨,切細舊。
7. 薑,清水洗乾淨,切片。
8. 果皮,刮囊。
9. 洗乾淨煲。
10. 排骨,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。
11. 薏米,清水沖洗乾淨,放煲內。
12. 黃豆,清水沖洗乾淨,放煲內。
13. 果皮及薑,放煲內。
14. 粉葛,放煲內。
15. 在煲內,加入清水至4升的容量。
烹調:
1. 用“煲湯功能”,煲40分鐘。
2. 煲好,放湯在電磁爐上,大火煲5分鐘。
3. 完成,可享用。
Kudzu pork soup with barley and soybean with high speed cooker
Ingredients:
Kudzu 1 No. (About 1.5 catty)
Pork ribs 1 catty
Soybean 2 taels
Barley 2 taels
Dried orange peel 2 pcs
Ginger 2 slices
Preparation:
1. Soybean, put in a bowl. Soak in tap water.
2. Barley, put in a bowl. Soak in tap water.
3. Dried orange peel, soak in tap water.
4. Kudzu, get it peeled.
5. Add in 1L of water in high speed cooker. Use "reheat" function, boil the pork.

11. Barley, rinse with tap water. Put in the cooker.
12. Soybean, rinse with tap water. Put in the cooker.
13. Dried orange peel and ginger, put in the cooker.
14. Kudzu, put into the cooker.
15. Add in water up to volume of 4L in the cooker.
Steps:
1. Use "soup" function, boil for 40 minutes.
2. Boil well. Put the soup on induction cooker. Heat it up at high flame for 5 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
