石斛淮山豬腱湯 (4人份量)
材料:
石斛20克(約四錢)
扁豆40克
冬瓜一斤
鮮淮山一斤
蜜棗2粒
豬腱半隻
處理:
1. 石斛,清水浸3分鐘。
2. 扁豆,清水浸3分鐘。
3. 冬瓜,洗乾淨表皮,去籽,切開一舊舊。
4. 鮮淮山,去皮,切開一舊舊。
5. 蜜棗,洗乾淨。
6. 豬腱,大火煲滾清水一升,出水3分鐘,清水洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾清水4升。
2. 所有材料,放煲內,冚蓋,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲75分鐘,熄火,焗一小時以上。
3. 完成,可享用。
Dendrobium soup with yam and pork shank
(Serving for 4)
Ingredients:
Dendrobium 20g (about 0.5 tael)
Lentils 40g
Winter melon 1 catty
Fresh yam 1 catty
Candied dates 2 Nos.
Pork shank half No.
Preparation:
1. Dendrobium, soak in tap water for 3 minutes.
2. Lentils, soak in tap water for 3 minutes.
3. Winter melon, rinse the skin. Remove seeds. Cut in pieces.
4. The yam, get it peeled. Cut in pieces.
5. Candied dates, rinse with tap water.
6. Pork shank, heat up 1L of water at high flame. Boil for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Steps:
1. Heat up 4L of water at high flame in pot.
2. All ingredients, are to be put in the pot. Cover it up. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 75 minutes. Turn off fire and leave it for an hour.
3. Complete. Serve.
