In a bowl, combine the spring onion white, garlic, fermented black beans, and ginger, pour in hot oil and mix. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, and a pinch of white pepper, mix well, then add the pork ribs. Add 1 tbsp cornstarch and mix, marinate for 30 minutes. 3️⃣ Toss the soaked rice vermicelli with 1 tbsp light soy sauce and a little oil. Spread the marinated pork ribs evenly over the vermicelli without overlapping. Dalam mangkuk, gabungkan bagian putih daun bawang, bawang putih, kacang hitam fermentasi, dan jahe, tuang minyak panas dan aduk rata. Tambahkan 1 sdm saus tiram, 1/4 sdt garam, 1 sdt gula, 1 sdt kecap asin, 1 sdt kecap manis pekat, dan sejumput lada putih, aduk rata, lalu masukkan iga babi.
