Aduk rata dan marinasi selama 5 menit. 3️⃣ Cincang halus telur pitan (century egg). Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan dan tumis telur pitan cincang. Tambahkan 1 potong jahe, tuangkan air panas, masukkan daun ketumbar, dan setelah kembali mendidih, tambahkan irisan ikan dan masak sekitar 1 menit. Bumbui dengan garam sesuai selera dan sajikan. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 🇵🇭 Tagalog / Filipino 🟢 Mga Sangkap: Grass carp fillet – 250g Wansoy (coriander) – 150g Luya – 1 piraso Putî ng itlog – 1 (para i-marinate ang isda) Cornstarch – 1 tbsp Asukal – 1/2 tsp White pepper – kaunting dami Asin – ayon sa panlasa Mantika – sapat na dami 🟢 Paraan ng Pagluluto: 1️⃣ Putulin ang ugat ng wansoy at bahagyang banlawan. Ibabad sa tubig na may coarse salt sa loob ng 10 minuto, pagkatapos ay hugasan nang mabuti at hiwain. 2️⃣ Banlawan at patuyuin ang grass carp fillet. Hiwain nang manipis o i-butterfly cut. Idagdag ang luya, putî ng itlog, 1/2 tsp asin, 1/2 tsp asukal, kaunting white pepper, 1 tbsp cornstarch, at kaunting mantika. Haluing mabuti at i-marinate ng 5 minuto. 3️⃣ Tadtarin nang pino ang century eggs. Magpainit ng kaunting mantika sa kawali at igisa ang tinadtad na century eggs. Idagdag ang 1 piraso ng luya, buhusan ng mainit na tubig, ilagay ang wansoy, at kapag kumulo muli ay idagdag ang hiwa ng isda at lutuin ng mga 1 minuto.
